Blockchain education and onboarding committee / treasury

Resumo
Creation of a treasury / committee for basic and advanced blockchain education and standardized bundled source material that can be co created by the community.
Motivação
The use of blockchain tech is spreading more and more each day. The Cardano Community and soon partner chain communities will all require basic blockchain education to better curate the experience.
Every community member onboards a new member with a different wallet, dApp recommendations, and various other aspects of the protocol they feel is important. If the community was offered standardized onboarding packages directly from the governing body they canhave the resources from day one with out fear of falling prey to predators in the Web3 space.
Justificativa
It allows for a transparent dedicated focus on education in the purview of the community and the infrastructure projects. As with other inceptions, this particular idea can and is encouraged to evolve to have a curated Educational roadmap ie: SPO cohort classes or Defi Academies have already taken place throughout Cardanos build that infomation can help create a Roadmap and the proper tools recommended and project via Cardano Cube. Additionally the litany of educators in the community can aid in content and have compensation come from the treasury.

This is basically a hope statement, and not a clear proposal. Catalyst has had innumerable solutions to this problem to do this same thing over the past few years, so this is redundant to the existing processes.
As there isn't a clear request, set of capabilities to match the request, KPIs and deliverables, I see it as little more than an "I don't like this" statement. That of course is fine, but there are already existing and comprehensive ways to address the stated deficiencies.
This is insufficiently detailed. It is unclear what form a proposed committee would take or what the mentioned treasury aspect would be.
I propose that the list of existing learning programs, including SPO cohort classes and DeFi academies, be explicitly mentioned and incorporated into the proposal. Highlighting these established educational initiatives will ensure that we build upon proven resources and acknowledge the groundwork already laid by the community. This inclusion will enhance the proposal's effectiveness by utilizing these programs as foundational elements for further educational development within the Cardano ecosystem.
