DecSocial Embedded Wallets
bondex
Description
Our proposal is to build a similar solution to the Dynamic WaaS Infra (https://www.dynamic.xyz/blog/everyone-gets-wallet-auth) . The wallet will be multichain to enable the Bondex ID and Reputation score to be a log in option across DAPPs, DEXs, CEXs and Ecosystems
Core Features & Value:
- Key abstraction
- Multichain
- Seamless integration into the Bondex App - Users mint their wallet when they generate their Profile
- The Bondex ID and Score mints across chains
- Log in capability
- Smart Contract & Escrow system to enable payments from GIG and other fractional economic opportunities in our marketplace
- Collect Badges, Attestations, POAPs, NFTS and other form of loyalty program mechanisms from DAPPS through engagement
- Users will be able to log in DAPPs throughout ecosystems and collect rewards
- DAPPs will be able to develop superior loyalty programs, incentive systems and superior targeting by unlocking valuable user data not available today in Web 3
- Users will have the ability to monetize their networks, time and skills while building their reputation in their interoperable ID / Passport
Bondex is the largest Web3 professional network with 4.9M+ downloads and major enterprise adoption from top Web3 companies. Our learnings over the last three years of building and battle testing our products have given us invaluable insights that led us to evolve our vision beyond a Web3 LinkedIn killer into a new generation of Social Network, based on Trust through Reputation, a signal through the noise to navigate Web3 and beyond. Bondex is in the unique position to leverage its existing platform which combines professional networking and our AI-powered Job Portal with decentralized community referrals to launch this Next Gen Social Economic Network (SEN). The development pipeline for January 2025 includes enhanced features such as on-chain credentials, Web 2.5 Profiles and the Bondex Reputation Score. These features represent the foundational infrastructure of trust upon which our future social features and the expansion of economic opportunities on the platform will enable the peer-to-peer exchange of networks, money, time and skills. This proposal seeks to integrate Bondex with the Cardano ecosystem, bringing its professional network, verifiable credentials, and reputation system to Cardano users and projects. Current Platform: Professional Networking Mobile App 4.9M+ downloads 2M completed profiles 4.7m connected wallets Gamified engagement with Bond Points rewards Job Portal AI-powered job matching & Career coach Real world use by major Web3 companies Decentralized recruitment through community referrals Built-in freelance recruiter network Cross-border payments and rewards distribution Strong enterprise adoption with >$300k available in talent bounties and 45 companies using the beta platform since release Major Releases Dec 2024/Jan 2025: Bondex Reputation Score Verified credentials across proof of humanity, work, and skills Aggregates and verifies reputation from Web2 platforms users use (LinkedIn, Twitter, Github) On-chain reputation from ENS and Wallets Web 2.5 Profiles Modular: Everyone is unique, displaying skills, experience, and interests is bespoke on Bondex Verify and aggregate reputation from Web2 and Web3 platforms to build Reputation score Send the link to unique public profile to everyone, a personalized home page Mint profile as a passport, interoperable with more DApps and Ecosystems (WorldCoin, Jambo and SuperTeam) Bondex Business Digital Card Business Card on Apple/Google Wallet - One tap to share Telegram QR code Natively built into Telegram for Web3 networkers Exchange Business Card in chat with bio connected to Bondex Profile Mini CRM for contact management The Bondex ecosystem employs a dual hybrid token model, leveraging an off-chain premium currency (Bond points) with an on-chain token ($BDXN). This creates a meritocratic token economy in which platform adoption and utility drive token value appreciation through systematic buybacks, value distribution, and a focus on token velocity throughout the internal economy.
Problem Statement
Traditional professional networking platforms have centralized control of user data, lack proper verification systems for professional credentials, and don't incentivize valuable community contributions. Web3 needs a trust-based professional network where reputation becomes a reliable currency for meaningful interactions.
Current talent platforms operate as data monopolies where users are the product without participating in the economic equation. This creates three key problems:
For Talent/Users: In today's talent platforms like any Web2 social network, the users are given what they think is a free product when in reality their data and networks are the product without them partaking in the economic equation. The lack of incentives these data monopolies provide leads to these platforms having no stickiness once the talent has secured a job, resulting in very low engagement and rapidly decaying data.
For Employers: Human capital is an asset class not a market, it's the most crucial ingredient for any company in any industry at any stage. Yet even though companies spend hundreds of billions per year on recruitment relying on intermediaries who extract too much for the value they provide, 85% of talent acquisition happens via direct networking and referrals.
For Recruiters/Introducers: They play a crucial role in the exchange of talent but much like the talent in this market they give most of the value away to the agencies and platforms they work for, in some cases retaining as little as 10% of the revenue they generate.
At Bondex, we have built the first social economic network underpinned by our on-chain reputation score and Web 2.5 profiles. Users can build their profiles while aggregating and verifying their humanity, professional skills, Web 3 credentials, and Web 2 Socials.
Our proposal today is to build multi-chain, flexible, non-custodial embedded wallets that users mint with their profiles. Abstract the complexity of crypto away from users and onboard them with the familiar UX we have already built at Bondex. This will enable the Bondex Profile to become a log in method into DAPPs. Additionally given our existing talent marketplace, we want to add escrow and smart contract services that enable fractional work, helping us expand into the freelance economy.
Proposal Benefit
Cardano Users: Bondex will serve as an interoperable online identity/passport that will enable them to unlock economic opportunities based on their reputation and capture rewards from the DAPPs and Apps they interact with the most in Cardano ecosystem and beyond
Cardano Ecosystem: The gap between Web 2 and Web 3 regarding user data presents a significant weakness as we build this next iteration of the internet. We believe there is room for public profiles in web 3, ones in which users choose what data to verify and are empowered to choose if and how it is monetized. Bondex profiles will serve a login method across the Cardano ecosystem, enabling enable its players to get to know their users better, people are more than wallets. This will allow them to create better incentives and loyalty programs through superior targeting and user quality metrics

Hi, your USD to ADA conversion rate seems to be out of line with current market prices, please could you review the rate in line with CoinMarketCap - https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/cardano/
Reading this proposal, I am unsure of its suitability within the budget. This proposal would be more suited within catalyst. It does not read to be critical for funding at this stage without at least a proof of concept to show atleast initial traction within the cardano ecosystem.
-
Is it possible to define performance KPIs and corresponding target values that would make us feel confident that investing 2,000,000 ADA in this initiative was worthwhile?
-
In other words, after the development is successfully completed, are there specific KPIs — such as XXX reaching YYY — that you could point to and say, “This outcome demonstrates that the proposal delivered results equivalent to the value of 2M ADA”?
-
These success criteria would help reviewers and the broader community objectively assess the return on investment — are such metrics available or definable at this stage?
The costing is inaccurate -
ADA Amount 2000000
ADA to USD Conversion Rate 1500000 - should be 1, or 1.5
Preferred currency United States Dollar
Amount in preferred currency 2000000 - requesting $2,000,000 or $1,500,000 ?
Let me ask you a few questions.
-
Does it explicitly explain why a blockchain solution is required and why specifically Cardano?
-
Has the project considered how to handle growth, large transaction volumes, or high concurrency?
-
Does it discuss potential to expand TVL, transactions, or staking incentives on Cardano?
-
Will it integrate or collaborate with existing Cardano projects, enhancing synergy?
-
How does the project justify the size of the budget with expected outcomes (e.g., user adoption, ADA usage)?
-
Does it stand out compared to other approaches in cost-benefit terms?
