Problem Statement
Cross border investment yield instruments deals has a very high friction cost in large real estate deals. It involves intra-country legal settlement issues and also privacy requirements in addition to the verification process.
Proposal Benefit
Reitcircles is working with real world builders in this segment to address this topic. So that the funds are managed in a professional setup using blockchain and allow all the goodness of blockchain such as instant settlement, transparency, DAO driven consensus for fund management etc.

A former ICEMA council member and CII Karnataka taskforce participant, he is an IIT-ISM Dhanbad graduate. Has high level connection with fund managers and investors globally.
AWAIS Khan (advisor): Awais Khan, a Venture Partner, contributed to a $300M exit at Proxicom Inc., co-founded KPMG’s venture capital group, and advised global funds and organizations. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering and an MBA from LSE, HEC Paris, and NYU Stern.
Maintenance & Support
We will open source most of the key elements required for the growth of the ecosystem, which we want to develop globally for using the components such as API, identity plugin etc., payment on/off ramp.
The app marketplace will also allow others to develop country/region based modules that allows integration/setup of different components. In addition as the DID infrastructure of identus develops we will allow integration with that infrastructure for issuance of VC in the field of real estate and RWAs.
Supplementary Endorsement
We are working with the identus group heavily in implementing SSI (self sovereign identity) into our infrastructure. In addition we are working with CIP-113 / CIP-008/CIP-30 in order to align our RWA token DAO with the community requirements.

You said it is difficult to provide a target value for TVL, but can you provide some other KPI target values? You said it depends on marketing, but I think you are also charging marketing fees. What are the KPIs and targets for marketing? Are there any other sales in two years?
