Cardano dApps need support with leads for clients and investors. Obtaining targeted business leads is very costly and time-consuming. Our goal is to generate business leads to companies through a trusted network, help companies grow and support mass adoption. As a pilot, this proposal will generate business leads for several Cardano companies.

Success = • 200 qualified leads delivered to 20+ Cardano companies • 20+ trained lead generators active • 10+ ecosystem partners using LeadGenDAO services • Increased ecosystem funding or customer engagement reported by partners

“The Cardano ecosystem needs strong sales and business development activities and reach for investors and clients” was the common feedback from numerous companies in the Cardano ecosystem, including CF and Emurgo.

The Cardano ecosystem is rich in innovation but lacks the business development engine that can bridge products to markets. By creating a decentralized network of incentivized lead generators, we can accelerate adoption and revenue generation for on-chain projects.

Without go-to-market and investor traction, Cardano dApps remain underutilized. LeadGenDAO brings a decentralized, scalable solution—empowering the community to fuel project growth.

LeadGenDAO enables a decentralized business development layer for Cardano by training and compensating community-based lead generators who deliver qualified leads to ecosystem projects.

Using Andamio, LeadGenDAO aims to evolve into a fully decentralized organization where lead generators and participating companies govern rewards distribution, onboarding, and platform evolution through on-chain voting and treasury proposals.

The Lead Generation solution: The lead generation model aims to support companies in the Cardano ecosystem by creating a pipeline of leads for clients, partners, and investors. The leads will be generated by a trusted network of community members who are great connectors and networkers. Lead generators will be compensated for successful leads. Every lead must meet company-specific criteria and is reviewed and validated before compensation is released.

Our project is already live, and the lead generation course is available on the Andamio platform. We are currently onboarding lead generators and having our first leads generated, for 4 Cardano companies: NMKR, Socious, Palmyra, and Andamio. Our goal with this funding request is to have 20+ lead generators, generating over 200 leads for 20+ Cardano companies.

The lead generator process:

  • Lead Generator completes onboarding via Andamio
  • Generator identifies a potential lead
  • Lead is submitted through platform
  • Reviewed and approved by client company
  • The lead generator organizes a call between the company and the lead
  • The lead generator is compensated with 400-500 ADA for generating the lead (if the value of ADA changes we will change the price per lead, we want to make sure that they are compensated between $300 and $500 per lead)

After that, the company can choose to keep the lead generator as a moderator and that would keep participating in the collaboration The generator would receive more compensation according to what is decided with the company

Lead Examples: NMKR We are going to share here the type of leads that NMKR expect with the LeadGen project, as well as an approved lead by NMKR:

NMKR lead needs: Company size: Mid-sized to large companies Investment budget: $10k to $50k in the short term to implement blockchain technology into their operations Geographic focus: Europe, Japan, South Korea, India, North and South America Interest areas:

  • Sustainability
  • Decentralization of wealth
  • Tokenization of real-world assets (i.e. real-estate)

Important note: leads should have a clear and immediate business use case for blockchain, such as enhancing business processes or creating tailored NFTs / Token or blockchain solutions.

  • Decentralization of wealth: A fintech startup aiming to democratize access to investment vehicles through blockchain.
  • Sustainability: A mid-sized energy company looking to create NFT-based carbon credits to incentivize renewable energy consumption.
  • Real-estate: A property developer exploring tokenized fractional ownership of real estate assets to open up new investment opportunities.

Key Pain Points and Needs

  • Brands are increasingly interested in leveraging NFTs to engage with customers, but many marketing agencies lack the in-house expertise to implement effective NFT strategies.
  • Agencies need a reliable and user-friendly NFT platform that seamlessly integrates with their existing marketing and content creation workflows.
  • Guidance and support are needed to navigate the NFT space's technical and regulatory aspects and best practices for successful NFT-based campaigns.

The lead was validated by NMKR, and the lead generator has connected the lead and the company through a first call. Both the lead and the company wanted further collaboration.

Problem Statement

Cardano dApps struggle with client acquisition, investor engagement, and go-to-market execution. Most teams are technical and under-resourced in business development. This slows adoption, revenue, and ecosystem growth.

Quarter 1: Focus in infrastructure development https://leadgendao.com/ - Providing a higher quality website, with more information about the services. We will develop a login based leads request database and other tools to make it easier for the lead generators to support the companies.

Please note that the budget was made according to the amount of ADA rather than USD.

The final milestones are expected to be completed 1 year after the beginning of the fund

Experience

Our project is already live and we have started to generate leads for Cardano companies, the entire team has great experience about Cardano and the Cardano companies, as well as having an extended network. All of them have been through the courses and completed the assignments. As mentioned, the team also has already onboarded many companies in the ecosystem.

Maintenance & Support

With this fund, we are aiming to offer over 200 business leads to the Cardano Companies. After that, the companies will need to add funds to their treasury in order to generate more leads. The companies will define the price per lead they are willing to pay.

Following this phase, the revenue model for Leadgendao is to get an annual fee for the service by the companies and a % of the revenue earned by the lead generators. Leadgen will become the marketplace for lead generation for the Cardano ecosystem, benefiting the community & companies as well as on chain activities.

Roadmap Alignment

Our proposal provides a new way to market and promote the different Cardano solutions to external stakeholders, businesses and investors, while having on-chain activity through the Andamio platform.

Supplementary Endorsement

The Lead generation firast iniciative was voted first on fund 12. Got interest and participation of leading dApps such as NMKR, Socious, Palmyra and Andamio, and already got interest from other Cardano dApps, including funding entities.

Key Dependencies

In order to start generating leads, the potential lead generator needs to complete the “Business lead Generation course” on the Andmio platform. The LeadGen Dao project is then relying on the development of the Andamio platform, and a part of the budget will go towards the evolution of the platform and the lead generation courses available in it. The Andamio platform is also where the lead generators will upload their leads after going through the course.

The collaboration with Andamio is also great in the ecosystem, because Andamio provides a platform for on-chain skill, contribution and treasury management.
