• Optimising Daedalus for the full introduction of Genesis, from Genesis-lite
• Feature compatibility on core Daedalus to align with upcoming key Node releases on the UTxO HD LSM feature to move streamline mempool caching, this will lower the machine resources required for full-node for SSD and RAM
• Mithril Integration for light-client fast sync Integrating Mithril and reduce sync to less than 3hrs
• Enhancement of security in collaboration with cardano-wallet and the CF
• Enhancement of the DRep discovery feature to locate suitable DReps and their voting history.
• Incorporate Governance Actions viewing and provide alert notifications to ensure closing Governance Actions and status are tracked

• Daedalus is Cardano’s full node wallet enabling users access to the blockchain and more recently ability to participate in full governance and stake delegation through a full-node solution.
• This proposal seeks to provide ongoing support of Daedalus Wallet for 2025, including delivery of enhancements on Governance to ensure explorer and profile for DReps are integrated.
• Support for blockchain mempool enhancements will need integration "UTxO LSM" feature
• Addition support for Genesis and support for any necessary network level fixes
• Addition of support for Mithril signatures for faster sync time of Daedalus
• Address key development and support items with allocation of resources skilled in nix, JavaScript, TypeScript and Haskell.
• Support the 18-23000 active users who wish to see UI based enhancements where agreed and seen as critical to value, decentralisation and Governance

Multi-era experience from leading Delivery for Cardano Node at IOG, through leading delivery of “Age of Voltaire” and Chang and Plomin Hardforks, working closely with IOG, CF wallets teams, VacuumLabs and Software wallets for all aspects of on-chain Governance gaining a low level understanding Coordinated the 1st release of CIP-95, CIP-1694.
Our developers have over 300 PRs committed to Daedalus since 2017 with 3 developers, experienced with Daedalus since development commenced, with tech lead, design, build, test and deployment experience. Since Q1 2025, began partnering with IOG with view to Daedalus being community supported, hands-on with Daedalus code.

Experience in Hardware wallet integration and 1st writing of Trezor and Ledger interfaces through to enabling for CIP-95.
We emphasise our key selling point will be the ability to immediately make changes, provide coverage for end to end design, build, test and review integration of new work with strong relationships with Cardano Foundation Cardano wallet team, Cardano Node, Vacuum Labs and Daedalus Community.

Key experience in delivery of Genesis with close alignment with LSM UTxO HD optimisations for local node sync-ing.

Our team members have skills in Haskell and Wallet design and build, JavaScript, TypeScript and Electron since Daedalus was first conceived in 2017.

Team acknowledge the key work here is value preservation, security, reliability and keeping aligned with upcoming Cardano Node releases enabling LSM, Genesis and Leios.

Integrating of fast-sync features and upcoming Governance features will be key to ensuring Daedalus community is well-served. Available capacity will likely be pointed to automated testing, security reviews and resilience testing.

Our team have experience in working/leading delivery of Cardano Node since Q4 2021 and owning of key Cardano projects , Chang, Plomin HFs from 2023 through Jan 2025 Close relationships built with IOG, Cardano Foundation, VacuumLabs and vendors to IOG during 2021-2024 Leading Delivery for Voltaire 2022 and subsequently head of Delivery for Cardano Node at IOG and subsequently at IOE thru to Chang and Plomin Hardforks, he worked closely with IOG, Cardano Foundation teams, VacuumLabs and Build and deploy of Sanchonet, CIP-95, CIP-1694 to facilitate onchain governance and wallet delegation via Demos Wallet. Coordinated all sanchonet releases through to hardfork Node 8, 9 and 10. Our developers have over 300 PRs committed to Daedalus and were part of team since 2017, intimate knowledge of Electron, Javascript, Cardano-wallet and Hardware wallet integration Additonal support from 2 team members have Haskell, nix and build experience of Wallet JavaScript, TypeScript and transaction analysis, optimisation and fixing.

WIth go-live of Chang and Plomin it has been evidenced that considerable amount of value resides in Daedalus wallets, this community have long term allegiance to Cardano Blockchain and have issues which could improve the experience and safety of this value can be remediated with support of IntersectMBO
