STORM Partners proposes a comprehensive 12-month initiative to drive user growth across the Cardano ecosystem. Leveraging our expertise in marketing, community building, and strategic partnerships, we aim to:
Develop Unified Onboarding Processes: Create standardized onboarding materials and tutorials to guide new users through the ecosystem.
Launch Targeted Marketing Campaigns: Implement data-driven campaigns to reach potential users across various demographics and regions.
Facilitate Cross-Project Collaborations: Organize events and workshops to encourage partnerships among projects, enhancing user experiences.
Establish Community Engagement Programs: Initiate ambassador programs and community events to foster a sense of belonging and active participation.
Problem Statement
Despite Cardano's robust technological foundation and a diverse ecosystem of projects, user adoption remains a significant challenge. The CardanoCube interactive map showcases a plethora of projects spanning DeFi, NFTs, identity solutions, and more. However, the lack of cohesive marketing strategies, user-friendly onboarding processes, and cross-project collaborations hampers the ecosystem's ability to attract and retain users. This fragmentation leads to missed opportunities in leveraging Cardano’s network effects and potential to synergistically align forces for the greater good of Cardano's expansion beyond Web3.
Proposal Benefit
We aim to become the implementation partner that delivers a unified global growth strategy that yields multiple benefits: Enhanced User Acquisition: Systemize ideal client profiling, user journey mapping and best-in-class targeted marketing campaigns that attract new users to the Cardano ecosystem.
Increased User Retention: Streamline, friction-free, onboarding across ecosystems with activation and retention best practices employed by leading technical growth firms. By providing educational resources and community engagement initiatives, ecosystem participants will benefit from a unification of Cardano and end-user benefits reaping more value and reasons to stay within the ecosystem.
Ecosystem Synergy: Facilitating collaborations among projects, segmented by vertical, will create a more interconnected and robust ecosystem, enhancing the overall user experience.
Brand Recognition: This ecosystem-wide cohesive marketing approach, unseen at this level, will strengthen Cardano's brand identity, positioning it as a user-centric blockchain platform and plant the flag of a globally-aligned system of multiple expanding participants.

Roadshows, Roundtables, Growth Hackathons – CHF 500000 Scope: Organize 3 regional roadshows, 2 industry roundtables, and 1 hackathon to engage technical growth marketers and the broader community. Locations: Strategic regions across Europe. Targeted ROI Metrics: Engage over 600 participants across all events, with at least 25% converting to active contributors or users within the Cardano ecosystem.
Travel & Regulatory Outreach – CHF 200000 Scope: Facilitate travel for key personnel to attend international conferences, engage with regulators, and establish partnerships.
