DRep Profile

Support proposals that deliver high ROI for the ecosystem: real-world adoption, infrastructure tools, education, and developer tooling. Prioritize support for grassroots builders, dApps, DeFi, and ecosystem services that lower barriers to entry. Act as a liaison between the community and proposers. Summarize complex proposals and provide rationale for your votes. I believe decentralization is a Long-Term process and in sustainable growth over hype (I am not interested in short-term trends or meme pumps. I want a blockchain that survives and thrives for decades).
Objectives
Support proposals that deliver high ROI for the ecosystem: real-world adoption, infrastructure tools, education, and developer tooling. Prioritize support for grassroots builders, dApps, DeFi, and ecosystem services that lower barriers to entry. Act as a liaison between the community and proposers. Summarize complex proposals and provide rationale for your votes. I believe decentralization is a Long-Term process and in sustainable growth over hype (I am not interested in short-term trends or meme pumps. I want a blockchain that survives and thrives for decades).
Motivations
1. Empower People Through Decentralized Governance. 2. Bridge the Gap Between Complexity and Clarity. 3. Use My Experience to Help Build a Better System ("With my background in real estate, architecture, and business, I see real-world problems that blockchain can help solve. I want to vote for proposals that connect Cardano to real use cases.") 4. Serve as a Voice for Underserved Communities (Too often, governance excludes those without technical knowledge or perfect English. I want to represent people from Latin America and other regions who deserve a stronger voice in Cardano’s future.) 5. Create a Culture of Trust and Accountability. 6. Educate and Inspire Others to Get Involved.
Qualifications
1. Business & Strategic Thinking (I have structured and managed multiple businesses (architecture, real estate, construction, property management). 2. Project Evaluation & Budgeting Experience. 3. Commitment to Transparency. 4. Multi-disciplinary Perspective (I work across architecture, sustainability, technology, and business gives you a broad lens — ideal for judging the diversity of proposals Cardano receives: from DeFi to climate initiatives to developer tools). 5. Community Leadership 6. Vision for Impactful Decentralization (Real-world impact as could be for real state, ownership, and different projects).

2026-27 Net Change Limit
The Cardano Constitution requires the establishment of a Net Change Limit (NCL), which defines the maximum amount of lovelace that can be withdrawn from the treasury during an outlined period of time. This governance action serves as an opportunity for all governance stakeholders to formally express their positions regarding the proposed Net Change Limit, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment across the ecosystem. The 2026-27 Net Change Limit will begin at the start of Epoch 613 (13 February 2026) and continue for 101 epochs, finishing at the conclusion of Epoch 714 (3 July 2027). The Net Change Limit will be 350,000,000,000,000 lovelace (350M ada). Unless superseded by a new NCL, this is the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from the treasury during this specific period and shall not be exceeded. The Net Change Limit will be used when reviewing treasury withdrawal actions to ensure constitutionality as required by Article IV of the Cardano Constitution and the Treasury Withdrawal Guardrails outlined in Appendix I.
CARDANO BLOCKCHAIN ECOSYSTEM CONSTITUTION v2.4
# Three-line summary: 1. Cardano Constitution v2.4 removes non-binding expectations, the Budget Info Action mechanism, and mandatory CC conduct rules, streamlining governance. 2. It adds clear definitions, enforces immutability of proposal documents, and applies treasury audit/accountability safeguards to all withdrawals. 3. This version also incorporates feedback from EMURGO. # Three helpful links 1.
