A Catalyst Alternative: Extended Quadratic Funding—Zero Operational Costs

ACTIVE
so
socious_fund
Author

If implemented, our Extended Quadratic Funding mechanism will deliver substantial benefits across the Cardano community, from developers to ADA holders to end users. Each benefit addresses a specific need while supporting Cardano's core principles of decentralization, sustainability, and community governance.

1. Truly Democratic Decision-Making

Benefit: Funding decisions will reflect community wisdom rather than wallet size.

For the community:

  • New developers and smaller teams gain equal opportunity to receive funding based on merit
  • Projects addressing niche but important community needs receive support even without wealthy backers
  • Diversity of funded solutions increases, driving innovation across multiple domains
  • A minimum threshold of 3000 unique (KYC-verified) votes to trigger the distribution of matching funds ensures that the system is supported by a diverse pool of voters and not concentrated in the hands of a few

2. Amplified Treasury Impact

Benefit: Every ADA from the treasury leverages additional external funding.

For the community:

  • More projects receive adequate funding without depleting treasury reserves
  • External donors bring fresh perspectives and additional vetting to project selection
  • Tax-deductible status for U.S. donors creates a unique competitive advantage for Cardano's funding ecosystem

3. Evidence-Based Impact Assessment

Benefit: Standardized metrics create the first comprehensive dataset on funded innovation outcomes.

For the community:

  • Clear visibility into how funds translate to ecosystem growth
  • Ability to identify and replicate successful funding patterns
  • Data-driven optimization of future funding allocations

Every funded project will report standardized metrics including transactions generated, wallets created, and active users acquired—creating an unprecedented transparency dashboard accessible to all community members.

4. Sustainable Value Recycling

Benefit: Successful projects contribute back to the ecosystem, creating a virtuous funding cycle.

For the community:

  • Treasury becomes regenerative rather than depleting over time
  • ADA holders benefit from ecosystem growth that contributes to treasury value
  • Long-term funding sustainability ensures continued innovation

Through our voluntary contribution system, our target of 5% annual ROI over 10 years means that every 100 ADA invested should yield 105 ADA in value every year through either direct returns or ecosystem growth metrics.

5. Accelerated Development Velocity

Benefit: Streamlined milestone management dramatically reduces payment delays and project abandonment.

For the community:

  • Faster time-to-market for crucial ecosystem components
  • Reduced resource waste from abandoned projects
  • More reliable delivery of promised functionality

6. Sybil-Resistant, Privacy-Preserving Integrity

Benefit: A robust system that resists manipulation while maintaining user privacy.

For the community:

  • Confidence that voting outcomes reflect genuine community preferences
  • Protection against coordinated attacks or vote-buying schemes
  • Preservation of personal privacy through zero-knowledge proof verification
  • Our multi-layered defense can detect and prevent collusion attempts.

7. Governance Innovation Laboratory

Benefit: Real-world testing of advanced voting mechanisms with immediate practical application.

For the community:

  • Evidence-based insights for potential future governance improvements
  • Practical experience with quadratic voting that could inform broader Cardano governance
  • Testing ground for governance innovations that could be applied to Voltaire and beyond

This implementation will generate data and insights that provide concrete evidence about how well quadratic funding works, helping to shape future Cardano governance decisions.

8. Protect Voter Anonymity While Maintaining Vote Integrity

Using Hyperledger Identus, we ensure complete voter privacy while storing votes in a database and recording vote tallies as a Merkle Tree root on the Cardano blockchain. This system enables anonymous voting while guaranteeing the integrity of election results through blockchain verification.

Return on Investment for the Cardano Community

This proposal doesn't just benefit specific segments—it strengthens the entire ecosystem by:

  1. Enhancing decentralization: Distributing decision-making power more equitably
  2. Accelerating adoption: Funding more diverse applications that attract various user groups
  3. Improving sustainability: Creating mechanisms for value to flow back into the ecosystem
  4. Building legitimacy: Demonstrating Cardano's commitment to fair and transparent governance

By addressing the current limitations of Project Catalyst without replacing it, we provide the community with complementary options that collectively strengthen Cardano's position as the most thoughtfully designed blockchain ecosystem for sustainable innovation.

Amplify Cardano: Community-Led Events Fund by Rare Network

ACTIVE
ra
rarenetwork
Author

Events provide a dynamic platform for developers, entrepreneurs, founders, and enthusiasts to showcase their innovations, connect with potential investors, and engage with a broader audience. By creating a platform for businesses and solutions in the blockchain industry to showcase their values and support adoption efforts , we are harnessing the power of community collaboration and utilizing the diverse skillsets of Cardano events hosts, marketers, and start-ups worldwide to showcase the Cardano ecosystem.

  • Create a specialized proposal system to allow ecosystem projects and community members to attend, host, and create meaningful opportunities through in-person and virtual events

  • Ensure there is available funding for a wide range of production budgets to promote diverse types of events throughout the global ecosystem

  • Administer the process efficiently and fairly

  • Develop standard operating procedures and guidelines to uphold Cardano brand integrity, proper project management, and fair use of spend

  • Transparent reporting of successes, lessons learned, and metrics regarding the overall community-led funding program

Rare Network will administer a Community-Led Events Fund of $500,000 USD providing accessibility for the Cardano ecosystem to budgets from $500 to $30,000 USD, available for events production occurring July 1st, 2025 through March 31st , 2026.

This will benefit project teams who will bring decentralized exposure to the Cardano ecosystem who may have the skills to execute, but not the proper funding to produce. Events in the past have been proven worthy of spend, time and time again, if executed properly. With Rare Network's expertise and trust built throughout the Cardano community, we can ensure that funds are utilized fairly and that events projects are carried out in a feasible and satisfying impactful fashion.

The demonstrated value will be:

  • Increased Brand Exposure Worldwide
  • Scale via a Decentralized Workforce
  • Showcase a wide variety of projects through diverse event categories throughout regions globally
  • Onboard more users and builders to the Cardano ecosystem
  • Catch up to speed and compete with larger, equal, and smaller market cap blockchains (even some L2s spend more than Cardano who is a leading L1) who somehow have more spend and robust events strategies in place currently than Cardano.

Andamio: Cardano Threat Intelligence

ACTIVE
mi
mixaxim
Author

The Cardano ecosystem is rapidly expanding, yet it lacks a dedicated, standardized infrastructure for security education, threat identification, and coordinated vulnerability disclosure. This creates a critical gap in ecosystem resilience, as developers, auditors, and community contributors often operate without access to structured security knowledge or formal threat intelligence processes.

Without a proactive security framework, vulnerabilities—whether in smart contract logic, infrastructure configuration, or broader network design—can go unnoticed, unreported, or misunderstood. This not only increases the likelihood of security incidents but also discourages adoption by teams that lack resources for high-cost third-party audits.

Moreover, existing threat intelligence in the Cardano space is fragmented, with no public repository for recurring weaknesses, no taxonomy for vulnerability classification, and no clear pathways for contributors to formally participate in security monitoring or disclosure efforts.

This proposal seeks to address these issues by launching the Cardano Threat Intelligence (CTI) initiative—a security education and intelligence framework built on Andamio. CTI will empower the community to identify, assess, and disclose threats through open training, structured documentation, and the creation of a shared security knowledge base. It will create pathways for individuals to become certified CTI Watchdogs, ensuring that security is not only everyone’s responsibility but also everyone’s opportunity.

Cardano Community Bounties pilot Program (2025–2026)

ACTIVE
jn
jn
Author

The Cardano Community Bounties pilot Program will create a flexible and easy way to support small community contributions. It will fill a gap in the ecosystem by offering fast and fair funding for simple tasks. This will help people act quickly, stay involved, and continue building useful content and experiences around Cardano.

  1. Keeps the community active and engaged With small, fast rewards, community members will stay motivated. Instead of waiting months for Catalyst, they can receive a small bounty to run a meetup, make a video, translate a guide, or moderate a chat group. This keeps energy and activity high between funding rounds. People who might leave will stay involved.

  2. Helps new users join Cardano When more tutorials, meetups, and support materials are created, new users feel welcome. They understand how to use wallets, stake ADA, vote in Catalyst, or try a DeFi app. This kind of support helps Cardano grow from the ground up. A single workshop can help many people. A short video in the right language can reach thousands.

  3. Builds local communities everywhere Many small efforts happen in places far from the main Cardano development hubs. A student group in Kenya, a women’s coding class in Brazil, or a farmer group in the Philippines might want to use Cardano. With bounties, they can get rewarded for hosting events, making translations, or running learning sessions. This spreads Cardano to new regions and new use cases.

  4. Supports people who are already helping Many people are already moderating Telegram channels, making content, helping beginners, or translating documents. But they are often unpaid. This proposal will recognize their work and give them a way to be rewarded fairly and quickly. This helps them continue and avoid burnout.

  5. Increases fairness and inclusion The bounty system will be open to everyone. People do not need to write long proposals or speak perfect English. If they can complete a task, they can earn rewards. This creates new chances for people from all over the world to take part, especially those who are often left out of large funding rounds.

  6. Helps Catalyst work better The bounties program will support small actions while Catalyst continues to support big ones. This will reduce pressure on Catalyst. People who only need 100 ADA will no longer need to apply for full proposals. This makes the ecosystem smoother and more efficient. Everyone can focus on the kind of funding that fits their work.

  7. Boosts content, design, and moderation With regular bounties, the community will see more local-language videos, high-quality visuals, smart infographics, and stronger community chat spaces. These things are essential to teaching users, explaining updates, and building trust. They may not be as visible as big products, but they are just as important.

  8. Prepares the way for future DAO-based funding This pilot program will test models for fair, transparent micro-funding. It will show what works and what needs improvement. The lessons learned can help Cardano design future DAO systems, where bounties and tasks are fully community-managed. This is a step toward more decentralization.

ada.eco: Building Cardano’s Human Interface

ACTIVE
ve

Unifying Cardano’s Growth Layer Through ada.eco its Onboarding Infrastructure and Requirements Gathering Capability

When implemented, this proposal delivers a foundational shift in how Cardano approaches adoption, onboarding, visibility, and coordination — not as isolated challenges, but as interconnected elements of a resilient, people-powered growth engine.

1. A Modular, Community-Owned Interface for Coordinated Entry to Cardano

Benefit: Reduces friction, confusion, and fragmentation for new users, builders, and contributors.

ROI: Increases retention, accelerates onboarding, and lowers the cost of user acquisition across all projects.

Today, entering Cardano feels like showing up to a city with no map, no welcome center, and no clear way to find your people.

ada.eco solves this by providing a modular, community-owned interface that:

  • Matches participants with relevant opportunities,
  • Guides them through interactive onboarding flows, and
  • Showcases real examples of people participating across the ecosystem.

This coordinated entry point serves:

  • New users seeking meaning, purpose, or utility.
  • Builders and founders looking for collaborators, funding, or visibility.
  • DReps and community leaders who need insight into where value is being created.

It’s not a campaign. It’s infrastructure — built to scale human connection across the network.

2. A Research-Driven, Test it Before You Build It Disciplined Path to Scalable Adoption That Minimizes Risk

Benefit: Produces concrete insight and validated prototypes before scaling — ensuring Treasury funds support what works, not just what’s envisioned.

ROI: Maximizes learning per dollar spent, avoids premature build-outs, and allows other ecosystem actors to reuse findings and components.

This proposal doesn’t rush to build a single monolithic platform. It starts with a research-first methodology: mapping user journeys, identifying adoption friction, and testing lightweight prototypes that can be iterated, forked, or integrated elsewhere.

This disciplined approach:

  • Surfaces real user needs before locking in architecture.
  • Feeds learning into other ecosystem projects, including wallet teams, onboarding flows, and governance tooling.
  • Will enable the community to make allocations from the Treasury based on identified needs not speculative builds.

The result is infrastructure that grows out of insight, not assumption — and that can evolve as the ecosystem does.

3. A Marketplace for Mission-Aligned Collaboration

Benefit: Unlocks latent value across the ecosystem by revealing who is working on what, where help is needed, and how to plug in.

ROI: Increases cross-project leverage, reduces duplicated effort, and enables better funding decisions.

Cardano already has talent, tools, and traction — but they remain siloed. ada.eco’s platform layer makes this value visible by mapping the ecosystem’s people, projects, and needs. It acts as a coordination stack — a digital interface layer that enables trust, proximity, and collaboration at scale.

This directly benefits:

  • Ecosystem contributors who spend hours trying to find alignment or visibility.
  • Proposal reviewers and DReps making funding decisions without a systemic view.
  • Funded projects whose long-term impact depends on connection and context, not just capital.
  • Influencers who need a more compelling story to tell.

4. A Real-Time Feedback Loop for Adoption Insight

Benefit: Brings community intelligence to the surface — surfacing signals from the edge as to “What works?” and feeding them back into ecosystem learning.

ROI: Community has clear answers to the question which allows for better governance, smarter funding, and more adaptive infrastructure design.

Unlike protocol-level telemetry, ada.eco captures qualitative insight from the human layer: Why do people join Cardano? What do they struggle with? What keeps them here, or pushes them away? These signals don’t exist in a dashboard yet — but they are essential for building inclusive infrastructure. It enables us to avoid the trap of internal validation loops by capturing real-world context from those not yet in the room — ensuring our systems evolve with, not apart from, the world.

This benefits:

  • Governance actors looking to understand ecosystem trends beyond transaction counts.
  • Onboarding teams needing real-time adoption data to adjust flows and strategies.
  • Tooling and wallet developers designing UX without full knowledge of user motivation.

5. A Brand and Story Engine that Reflects Cardano’s True Value

Benefit: Builds a shared narrative infrastructure that connects projects and people through values — not just features.

ROI: Multiplies the reach of individual efforts by embedding them in a cohesive, emergent, ecosystem story.

ada.eco includes a shared visual identity system and content toolkit that gives projects a way to plug into a broader, values-aligned ecosystem narrative. This isn’t about centralising messaging — it’s about amplifying real-world signals and making them legible to broader audiences.

This directly benefits:

  • Underrepresented projects and regions who often get left out of centralised marketing efforts.
  • Community marketers and educators looking for tools to tell more coherent stories.
  • Global audiences who need a more human, accessible entry points into Cardano’s purpose.

6. An Adoption-Focused Ecosystem Built on Existing Momentum

Benefit: Connects existing initiatives: Andamio, OneUpOneDown, Cryptofluency and Venture Centre into navigable growth layer which guides newcomers to the internal services (like Catalyst), helpers (like the TSC), repo’s and resources.

ROI: Builds on already-funded, already-working infrastructure to generate new, synergistic value.

This proposal does not ask to reinvent onboarding, reputation, or identity systems — it asks to connect those built already by long-standing members of the ecosystem with projects like:

  • Andamio, activating community collaboration, democratizing credential issuance, and providing modular project management infrastructure that enables mission-aligned teams to do their best work.
  • OneUpOneDown, building women-led peer support networks and ML augmented matching.
  • Cryptofluency, demystifying the new opportunities for learning in a decentralized space and building content models which underpin a knowledge ecology others can adopt to create their own patterns to share what they know using the best of Cardano technology.
  • Venture Centre, cultivating smart hubs of experts and ventures coordinated around interest, theme or vertical with tools to use at in-person and virtual events that bring a groups ideas into a coherant whole that can turn into the basis for a plan to journey forth.

ada.eco creates the layer that brings these efforts together, giving the ecosystem a way to see itself as a whole — and act as one and all.

ROI for the Treasury and the Community

This proposal isn’t a branding exercise. ada.eco is a leverage play. A strategic infrastructure investment with measurable returns across 6, 12, 24, and 36-month horizons.

We are asking for just 0.5% of the Treasury’s available funds to build an adoption platform that solves one of Cardano’s most urgent and persistent challenges: the gap between technical capability and human coordination.

Make no mistake — this is not a cultural “nice-to-have.”

It’s a commercial imperative.

The initial focus is sharp: women, the world’s most powerful financial decision-makers and community builders — a market largely untapped by blockchain ecosystems. But the infrastructure is generalizable. What we build for this demographic can be adapted for every user group: developers, artists, educators, activists — and the crypto-native, infrastructure focused audiences.

By funding ada.eco, the Treasury unlocks:

Short-Term ROI

  • Validated onboarding models that reduce user acquisition costs across the ecosystem.
  • Mapped insights into user motivations, blockers, and pathways to participation.
  • Reusable components for matching, messaging, and storytelling — available to all projects.
  • Clearer decision-making inputs for DReps evaluating proposals with user-facing elements.

Medium-Term ROI

  • A shared interface layer that connects projects, people, and value — reducing duplication.
  • More effective allocation of Treasury funds based on live data and requirements gathered, not assumptions.
  • Retention and advocacy frameworks that grow long-term contributors, not short-term users.
  • Onboarding infrastructure that scales with Catalyst, governance, and marketing initiatives.

Long-Term ROI

  • Ecosystem-wide narrative coherence that strengthens Cardano’s position in the market and honours the diversity of community, its needs and use cases.
  • Replicable adoption architecture for regional, demographic, or thematic growth strategies.
  • Reduced burn on siloed marketing, onboarding, and community-building efforts.
  • Stronger legitimacy and visibility with external partners, governments, and institutions.
  • A history of the patterns, as they emerge, that can be observed and analysed over time to understand their roots and fruits.

ada.eco doesn’t compete with other proposals — it connects them.

It is a modular layer that makes the Cardano ecosystem legible, accessible, and navigable. It brings coherence without centralisation. And it gives the Treasury a long-overdue mechanism to measure and multiply the value of its investments in people-powered infrastructure.

This is how we make Cardano work for the people it was built to serve — and ensure it can keep learning, adapting, and coordinating at scale.

ada.eco – a human interface for our human network.

Membership & Community Committee (MCC) - Global Community Hubs Expansion Program

ACTIVE
in
intersectmcc
Author

This proposal aims to benefit the entire Cardano community. It is important to note that there is a current effort to ensure that the community hubs can be renamed to 'Cardano Community Hubs' to ensure full inclusivity.

2025 proposed benefits:
Hubs provide a gateway to community engagement and a conduit for education, participation and general Cardano knowledge. Community hubs enable local voices to be amplified in Cardano’s decision-making and enhances decentralized governance.

  • Generate greater global representation, especially in underserved communities and regions
  • Linking together of hubs for wider discussion, education and participation
  • Inter-hub communications and collaborations
  • Provides access and signposting to resources in local languages
  • Encourages people to get involved in Cardano governance and learning about the wider Cardano ecosystem
  • Support from Intersect in sharing hubs' social posts and providing them with new content to share with their local communities
  • Increase transparency and fairness through KPI-driven fund distribution
  • Updates on Cardano news, governance actions as well as what is going on in their local community through monthly Town Halls
  • Access to their regional hubs' communication channels such as X, Discord and hub email addresses for direct contact
  • The ability to attend in-person and virtual events, providing networking and educational opportunities, as well as providing members with an opportunity to get involved in discussions
  • Hosting Annual Members' Meetings to showcase Intersect's yearly highlights and encourage community members to get involved in discussing current and relevant topics
  • General advice and guidance in navigating Cardano and supporting learning with appropriate content and support

In summary of the 2025 proposed benefits, the short-term ROI is to increase awareness and a grow the number of people participanting in the Cardano ecosystem. Meanwhile, the mid-to-long-term ROI is to consider self-sustaining hubs through sponsorships, educational programs, and project investments; economic contributions to local communities; expansion of the global network effect.

In 2024, community hubs were born out of Intersect, where they also supported the growth of membership and governance. However, in 2025 this scope is widening to be more focussed on the Cardano ecosystem as a whole by providing better regional representation and support. The benefits to be realised by this proposal will build on the benefits realised in 2024. Some key figures from 2024 are as follows:

Japan hub:
64 events
6241 attendees in total (approx. - may be the same individuals & includes industry events)
602 individuals participating in governance

LATAM hub:
18 events
15,093 attendees in total (approx. - may be the same individuals & includes industry events)
557 individuals participating in governance

Cardano Users: Bondex will serve as an interoperable online identity/passport that will enable them to unlock economic opportunities based on their reputation and capture rewards from the DAPPs and Apps they interact with the most in Cardano ecosystem and beyond

Cardano Ecosystem: The gap between Web 2 and Web 3 regarding user data presents a significant weakness as we build this next iteration of the internet. We believe there is room for public profiles in web 3, ones in which users choose what data to verify and are empowered to choose if and how it is monetized. Bondex profiles will serve a login method across the Cardano ecosystem, enabling enable its players to get to know their users better, people are more than wallets. This will allow them to create better incentives and loyalty programs through superior targeting and user quality metrics

Developing well-defined Intelligent Contracts L2 (ICL2) Toolkit requirements for Cardano will provide a strategic foundation for scaling, efficiency, and interoperability, benefiting multiple stakeholders within the ecosystem. Developers will gain clear specifications for building L2 solutions, accelerating innovation and adoption. DApp teams will experience reduced friction with integration, leading to faster deployment of scalable applications. Overall, the Cardano ecosystem will benefit from increased network transactions, adoption & onboarding of new developers and community members into the ecosystem, and wealth-sharing capabilities.

Cardano is the international leader in UTXO-based smart contracts. The ICL2 project will establish Cardano as the leader in leveraging Beneficial AI to create intelligent contracts that integrate developer, user, and community requirements. Cardano has a long-standing partnership with SingularityNET, which is now part of the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance. Masumi is an agent marketplace being developed within the Cardano Community in partnership with Serviceplan Group, one of the largest European companies. These are just two of many communities accelerating a trillion-dollar industry advancing inorganic intelligence. Given a beneficial AI capability, Cardano community members would be able to integrate that capability into their production of artwork NFTs, advancement of network code development, governance agents to support community decision-making, and many other applications. Providing secure access to the AI industry will provide a significant return on investment for the Cardano community by increasing adoption and network transactions, facilitating the onboarding of new developers, and expanding the scope of the type of intelligent contracts the network can host.

Unlocking 10%+ Yield: Bringing Real-World Assets to Cardano with InsurToken

ACTIVE

Our proposal addresses these specific issues by establishing the Cardano InsurToken Protocol, a blockchain-based platform designed explicitly for tokenizing Insurance Industry Assets. Initially, we focus specifically on insurance premium financing assets, leveraging PremFina’s established premium finance business and Fineqia’s blockchain and digital asset expertise. By tokenizing these assets on Cardano’s secure and scalable blockchain infrastructure, we achieve several immediate and strategic benefits:

  1. Liquidity and Accessibility: Tokenization converts traditionally illiquid premium finance receivables into tradable digital assets, unlocking immediate liquidity. Tokens representing fractionalized ownership can be traded globally on Cardano’s decentralized exchanges, significantly lowering investment barriers and opening access to retail and institutional investors alike.

  2. Transparent and Secure Yield Distribution: Through the use of Plutus smart contracts, investor distributions derived from the premium repayments become automated, secure, and transparent. Investors benefit from consistent yields (~8–10% APY), delivered seamlessly into their wallets, removing intermediaries and enhancing investor confidence.

  3. Expansion Potential into Insurance-Linked Securities (ILSs): After successfully establishing premium finance tokenization, our protocol will expand into tokenizing ILS assets. These provide investors exposure to non-correlated returns driven uniquely by insurance risk events, creating valuable portfolio diversification opportunities within Cardano’s DeFi ecosystem.

  4. Cross-Protocol Integration and Ecosystem Growth: Our tokens will integrate into broader DeFi platforms (e.g., Pi Protocol), providing collateralization, yield farming, and liquidity provisioning opportunities. This deepens the utility of Cardano-based assets, significantly increasing Cardano’s Total Value Locked (TVL) and institutional adoption.

Strategically, this project clearly aligns with Cardano’s RealFi ambitions—bridging real-world financial systems with blockchain, thus positioning Cardano as a market leader in regulated, compliant asset tokenization. It showcases Cardano’s blockchain as a credible institutional solution, setting the stage for broader adoption across financial sectors globally.

This project brings great value to multiple segments of the Cardano ecosystem by increasing transparency, accountability, and trust in the treasury system, a fundamental element of decentralized governance. Among the benefits, we highlight by segments:

  • Benefits for Community Members and Voters: Get a clear and easy-to-use view of where treasury funds are being directed and going, how much is being spent, and who is receiving the funding, helping them make more informed decisions when voting or delegating their voting power to a DRep in Cardano’s decentralized governance.

  • Benefits for Project Proponents: Access historical funding data, identify trends, and compare their proposals to previous successful (and unsuccessful) initiatives.

  • Benefits for DReps: Use the platform to track funding performance and outcomes, improving decision-making and voting strategies.

  • Benefits for Researchers, Auditors and Finance Members: Monitor and track the delivery of funded proposals and compare them to what was promised, facilitating better accountability and reporting.

  • Benefits for SPOs and Developers: Leverage structured, publicly available data for analytics, governance research, dashboards, and community tools.

ROI to the Cardano Community

  • Enhanced Treasury Transparency: Promotes trust in the on-chain governance process by offering a single, open-source interface to track every ADA spent.
  • Increased Community Engagement: Lowers the entry barrier for new community members to understand treasury flows.
  • Better Funding Decisions: Helps avoid waste, identify high-performing proposals, and support more impactful initiatives, optimizing treasury ROI.
  • Support for Governance Evolution: As Cardano matures toward full on-chain governance, ADAspending.com will become a vital tool for monitoring public resource allocation in a decentralized way.

Platform's KPIs:

  • Number of registered users: 3,000
